POLICY

Invoices are emailed on or around the 10th of the current month. 

Tuition for the upcoming month will be due on the 25th of the current month. 

To hold a student's lesson time, monthly tuition must be paid in full before the 25th calendar day of every month.  

There will be a $25 late fee billed toward your account if tuition payments are made after the last day of the month.

Students are responsible for their lesson time. If a student misses a lesson for any reason, they are responsible for the lost time. No credit will be applied in the event of a missed lesson or if the instructor is unable to meet for a lesson. 

Makeup lessons will be offered based on openings in the schedule.

NO REFUNDS, NO SHORT PAYMENTS, NO SKIPPING DAYS

Tuition is based on each calendar month. Sometimes there will be holidays and life events that will fall on lesson days. In the event of any absence, makeup lessons will be offered based on openings in the schedule.

Makeup lessons cannot be accumulated for credit over a period of time under any circumstance.

In the event of a missed makeup lesson for any reason without 24-hour prior notice of the absence, the makeup time will be forfeited...
